EXPERIENCE

John Mahler AIA has extensive experience in the design of new buildings and renovation or alteration of existing buildings throughout the Tri-State area. Mr. Mahler also has extensive experience in flood mitigation and fire damage repair projects. With over 25 years of experience, his range of projects encompasses most building types including, commercial, educational, industrial, institutional and residential buildings.  Mr. Mahler is an expert in facade and structural restoration and the design of replacement windows and doors. His typical projects include new building designs, building alterations, house lifts, and water leakage followed by preparation of specifications and plan to depict a cost effective repair or restoration solution.  Mr. Mahler has also provided construction management and construction administration services for many projects.  Mr. Mahler has served as a consultant and expert witness at arbitration, mediation and trial on several projects.
