December 16, 2019 – JM2 Architecture visits Skills Unlimited
JM2 Architecture recently visited Skills Unlimited in Oakdale for a tour of the facilities. We then joined with Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. [FREE] employees and participants in the Skills Maintenance program for a beautification project. It was a great day that added mulch, flower beds and cleaned up leaves and weeds around the property. We are very fortunate to have opportunities like this where we are able to support our Long Island neighbors, while developing strong partnerships with organizations in the business community!
December 12, 2019 – JM2 Architecture featured in NYREJ
JManicone, Fox and Cardino of JM2 Architecture design Unique Fitness in Holbrook.
According to JM2 Architecture, a new facility for Unique Fitness has been completed at 4890 Veterans Memorial Hwy. JM2 was the project architect. The project cost was not disclosed. The Unique Fitness chain is owned and developed by Steven Smith, who is also a partner in Above All Storefronts in Hauppauge.
October 31, 2019 – Canstruction
After many months of hard work, time and dedication to end hunger on Long Island, JM2 Architecture is proud to accept the award for “Most Cans” at the 2019 Canstruction competition in Uniondale! With your help, we were able to raise over $10,000 and donate over 6,500 cans of food to feed Long Island Families!

Amneal Pharmaceuticals is part of a booming, sometimes invisible Long Island manufacturing industry, fueling construction and hiring when most manufacturing is declining. “The generics pharmaceutical industry is doing extraordinarily well nationwide,” said James Manicone, partner at JM2 Architecture, in Farmingville, working on projects for Amneal and other generics makers. “It’s doing extraordinarily well on Long Island. In my estimation, it’s the epicenter of R&D for the generics industry.”

SUNation Solar Systems & Perfume Center of America
SUNation Solar Systems was chosen as the solar installer for Perfume Center of America’s new Long Island facility. The installation is equivalent to over 5 football fields and is one of the largest installations on Long Island.
