The scope of work included a replacement of the roof, repair work at the parapets, protective façade coatings on non primary facades, brick replacements, window sill replacements, and general repair/restoration work. As the building is under the jurisdiction of the Landmarks Preservation Commission, the work needed to follow strict Landmarks guidelines.
