JM2 assisted with preparing façade restoration plansand plans for a new rooftop skylight.
The scope of work included cleaning the entire façade, brick repointing, replacing spalled brick, window sill replacements, and restoration of the cornice.
JM2 also assisted with plans and permits for a new 20’ x 30’ skylight at the rear of the building.
