Previously a forty-lane bowling alley, the new Owner of the building decided to divide the building into two tenant spaces.

The north tenant of approximately 10,000 square feet was transformed into a retail space with a new storefront, currently housing a Dollar Store. The south tenant space was transformed into Gr8Skates Family Fun Center – the existing bowling lane area became a roller rink (which is used as pickleball courts during the day), while the snack bar, VIP room, and bathrooms were restored. 




Also included is a new arcade and virtual reality gaming system. JM2 was the Building Owner’s Architect and assisted in demising the building into two spaces, procuring change of use approval, and upgrading the sanitary system.
